Yes exactly. There are so many everyday practices that contribute to bad mental health. And many of these are ingrained culturally. I often feel like there isn't enough space to even make small changes at the personal level, let alone the societal level.

Glad to share I presented a paper titled "Authorship Abuse in Research and Academics in the Digita Age" at the workshop Knowledge Production, Ethics and Reflexivity in South Asia at IISER Bhopal. It was a wonderful experience to speak in front of and learn from scholars from various disciplines.
