The distorted text, "蛾想" (Rough translation: "Mothoughts", Moth + Thoughts) is written on the image, fitted between the cocoon's petals. This is a fanart of Yugica-P's song, Gasou. For this piece, I was inspired by Gustav Klimt's painting, "The Kiss", which is thought to depict a tender and passionate true love. I thought it would be interesting to illustrate a maggot-infested, all-consuming love instead.
