Good news: I won 100% more tennis games than I did last week.

Signed up for tennis league while simultaneously not playing for a few months and didn't warm up with anyone this week. First singles match was very not good, 0-6 and 1-6. That said, plenty of practice and future matches to improve!

Got back on my leg day routine, maxed out at 235 for 5 reps. Even finished up with 20 rather wobbly minutes on the treadmill after it all.
