I cannot belive my luck, calling this my work place ☀️

Flat, slate plaque engraved with geometric designs causing it to resemble an owl, with round eyes, a beak and a feathered body.

It's #InternationalOwlAwarenessDay, so it's very important you are all aware of engraved owl plaques from Copper Age (c. 4500–2500 BC) Iberia 🦉

Produced widely across south-west Iberia, they may have been carved by children 🏺 #Archaeology
