I didn’t even know the #mets had a day game today. I guess I’m glad I didn’t waste any time on it.

I’ve been forgetting that the #Mets were playing the last week or so. I feel like a bad fan. I was excited for baseball. Even went to some spring training games. Missing some of the old players is part of it. I turned this game on and see that Pages HR and don’t feel bad about going to bed.

I wonder if we are going to be incinerated in 24 hrs but I’m watching the Mets anyway.

Frankie Montas is the kind of bargain hunting I’m weary of & the experiment with using Holmes as a starter (which worked to an extent). I don’t think that he wants any long term contracts regardless of age. It’s going to be hard to compete with the Dodgers and Phillies for players going that route
