i feel the same :( i miss all the palicoes, though hopefully that comes back in TU1, but the game takes itself so serious. endgame is kinda boring too and there is not much challenge. i felt done with the game after 40h :/ i didn't even feel like exploring the maps bc i find them so uninteresting

i don't like to hunt him because he feels so defenseless and he barely puts up a fight, so i end up feeling bad hahah. i love his design but he needs some self confidence 🥲

yeah, i hope they just don't want to spoil anything and there will be a ton to discover in the game. i was going to play the new beta in february but i think i'll wait until the full release; not much seems to have changed in the beta anyway

...but the full game will feel a lot different than this beta test anyways so maybe there will be a town or a place that feels a bit nicer than this camp. i wasn't so keen on seikret first but i ran around a lot and got used to the controls and now i like it!

i really enjoyed the MonHun beta! i do miss having a bit more of a home-like/cosy village that feels like you come home to after a hunt. i like how the game is seamless but at the same time i miss the balance of hunting tension vs relaxing at home bc you stay out in the wild when a quest ends...
