As a longtime leader in our startup community, I have advanced the norm of asking “how can we help?” small businesses and startups building their companies. As Governor, I will work tirelessly to promote this norm and support businesses here. philforcolorado.com/the-importan...

Today is the 27th anniversary of the Columbine HS shooting and the start of National Crime Victims Rights Week. I joined Bridget and Nicole at the Porchlight Family Justice Center to highlight the importance of listening to, acting on behalf of, and advocating for victims. Their words are powerful.

This is what a people-powered campaign looks like. Please sign up to canvass at philforcolorado.com/take-action, and for a yard sign, tinyurl.com/philyardsign.
Proud of our work to require every school district to develop a policy that prevents smarthphones from interfering with learning. Denver Public Schools is now considering a cellphone ban "for their good health. This is about love for the kids.” Amen. www.denverpost.com/2026/04/16/d...
BREAKING—“unserious leaders are unsafe,” concludes the judge who struck down RFK Jr’s attack on medical professionals who provide gender affirming care. This administration’s lawless actions are causing real harm to real people. We are fighting back—and winning.
A packed morning, with a Colorado Black Roundtable forum, a visit with the Teamsters at their pancake breakfast, and a set of valuable conversations at the Colorado Education annual convention.
BREAKING-The proposed merger of 9News & Fox31 is on hold because we challenged it in court & won a preliminary injunction. Our case will prevent cable price hikes, keep in place quality broadcast programs and news offerings, and protect diversity of views.

It's always meaningful to visit the San Luis Valley. Here's a good summary of my recent visit, concluding that "we have a lot of challenges and have to address them all. But I plan to lead with courage and problem solving spirit. I believe in Colorado."

I pursued the Live Nation case after the Trump DOJ cut a sweetheart deal and abandoned the case. And we won. I discussed on @morningjoe-msnow.bsky.social as well as my commitment to defend our elections. www.youtube.com/watch?v=29Z5...
Addressing the opioid crisis remains a top priority--and, with this latest action, we have now brought back over $900 million to Colorado by holding accountable those who fueled this crisis. I will always fight for Colorado.

This is yet another example of why we need robust enforcement, and strong and responsible regulations, to prevent harmful emissions like this. The local community in Commerce City deserves better.

BREAKING--The verdict in our Live Nation monopolization case is in. We won our case--Live Nation has a monopoly and abused it. We will continue to fight to end their monopoly, restore competition for concert goers, and get money back to consumers.
OUR FIRST TV AD: I fight for Colorado, holding accountable irresponsible companies that harm you, standing up against Big Tech for hurting our kids, and taking on the lawless Trump Administration. I will always show up, listen to you, and get results.
Yom HaShoah is a time to honor the six million Jews killed in the Holocaust. At a time of rising Holocaust denial and antisemitism, Holocaust education--as exemplified by this inspiring story--is more important than ever. www.oakridger.com/story/lifest...
As the child and grandchild of refugees who survived the Holocaust, the legal and fair treatment of immigrants is personal to me. m.youtube.com/watch?v=5Wf8...
My mom's birthday is a call to action, including the fair treatment of immigrants. Here is an ad we are releasing that highlights my commitment to this value--and my thoughts on the significance of my mom's miraculous birth. philforcolorado.com/my-moms-mira...
Wishing my mom a very happy birthday. And here's her telling the story of her miraculous birth in a concentration camp 👇
Thanks so much for being all in! This is how it is done.
I show up, listen, and fight for Colorado: “It’s very important for me to always show up for Western Colorado. This community is important to me, I’ve learned so much from this community. It’s important for me to show up. I needed to be here today.” www.westernslopenow.com/top-stories/...
This passage from Ezra Klein evokes Governor Roy Romer’s teaching that “all truth is partial.” By that, Roy means that when we are in dialogue with someone who sees things differently than us, we should ask “what part of the truth are you seeing that I am missing?”
A highlight of the last couple of days in Durango & Grand Junction was the deserved praise for Mesa County DA Dan Rubinstein-who I called a "profile in courage"-and who received a standing ovation for his work (partnering with our office) on the Tina Peters case. www.gjsentinel.com/news/western...
Yesterday's event at Adams State was powerful and highlighted the important work ahead. I also discussed that work--and my commitment to the San Luis Valley--on the Valley Pod. Take a listen! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fa8Z...
It is always meaningful to visit the San Luis Valley. My discussion with Adams State students was special. Listen to what they had to say afterwards 👇
In the whose side are you on category: Airline mergers and industry consolidation have resulted in higher airfares, squeezing customers (literally), and fewer flight options. These mergers, however, have given the industry room to grow massive profits.
Great to spend the day in Colorado Springs, including joining D38 to learn more about its Careers in Construction program and visiting the impressive Care and Share Food Bank.
🙏
Our democratic republic depends on leaders who show up, listen, and engage, especially when there are hard questions to be answered. That’s why I have shown up as Attorney General in every county in Colorado, willing to engage on any topic or question.
