A friend’s daughter called crying because kids at school were saying nasty comments about Hispanics and immigrants. She was worried about her dad who is Mexican-American and travels for work.
This is absolutely abhorrent; no one should have this worry at 15 yrs old!
Every day brings new horrors.

This was purely performative to SHOW them in shackles and SHOW the military power.

Colombians have been repatriated consistently throughout all administrations. This was never a problem.

The PROBLEM was the dehumanizing treatment. A fabricated crisis.
