I guarantee you there's an enormous amount of faffing around and to-ing and fro-ing with PIF constantly holding things up. Micromanaging but we're told it's the process. Needs to change.
Is today we finally get news of a transfer breakthrough at #nufc?
It's a question I've asked myself repeatedly over the last 5 weeks, but hopefully things seem to be lining up now. Or am I delusional!!?
Alexander Isak is a refugee, parents from Eritrea, went to Sweden.
Personally know a good number of NUFC supporters who follow the usual ill informed drivel, still cheer his goals though.
I reckon #nufc should introduce player purchases based on social media popularity. Obviously, we’d have a squad of complete misfits and be insolvent but it would be fun for 48 hours.
Chelsea every single transfer window:
Every season it's always a difficult start.
Pure coincidence though 🙄
Has all the hallmarks
I'm nostalgic for 'the good old days' as well!
So if ure not keeping track of how the Crayola Right work:
- the rich are not actually leaving UK in droves
- VAT on priv schools didnt actually lead to an exodus to State Schools
- 2-Tier Policing isnt actually a thing
But how many Telegraph, LBC & Question Time segments were put out about them?
Aye, that perspective is reasonable. No need for jitters just yet.
BUT... what has been evident from all but the first window since new ownership is the club acting with seemingly zero to little urgency on transfer targets. Hopefully history doesn't repeat itself.
They do. Gotta trust the key people at the club.
PIF's much vaunted 'process' will be continue to be the undoing of #NUFC's transfer plans. Signoff on bids, wages, agent fees etc all happens at a glacially slow pace.
It's not fit for the dynamic nature of the transfer window. More frustration ahead, I suspect.
AG rocking an Alice Band giving Andreas Andersson vibes here. Hopefully that's where the comparison ends.
Since Kemi Badenoch has announced a review of our membership of the European Convention on Human Rights, it's time to share this. What have human rights ever done for us?

Incredible. Scientists have created artificial blood that works for any blood type – and lasts years. A future with fewer shortages, faster responses, and more lives saved may be within reach. Medical science at its most awe-inspiring.

Says the man who gave us the biggest tax burden since the War, highest ever national debt, largest fall in living standards on record and committed the biggest act of self-harm in our history with Brexit. Time to shut the fuck up you shambling oaf.
This x a million
Backup, yeah for sure...but there'll also be plenty of games to rotate the two of them. Rotation is something we're going to have to do a lot more of from next season.
Hopefully he'll buy into that vision.
Cheers for sharing that.
An interesting read and loved the bit on Osula being stationed next to Bruno in the dressing room. EH putting the theory of marginal gains to work!
Farage right now out in the press...
Singing his same old tired song...
Reform is a Limited Company
Farage owns 53%
It was formed in 2019 to push for a “no-deal Brexit”
It wants to reintroduce the Liz Truss budget
It wants to privatise the NHS
& invest in fossil fuels
Close the BBC
& break International law
It’s a scam

I agree. But we're overdue a result against them. Confident that we can come away with at least a draw today.
...and proud.

You’re telling me that right wing voters that Labour was trying to appeal to voted for a right wing party anyway and left wing voters decided not to vote for Labour because they’re too right wing now? Who could have possibly predicted this.
Well that's rather lovely #nufc
Massive credit to #ITFC today. Supporters were top class and their team dug in and did them proud. Always tough to be relegated but good luck to them in bouncing back. #NUFC
