Thanks. I’ve had my share of serious close calls, some done intentionally with violence, but it’s probably going to be something stupid like this that gets me. Killed by a traffic engineer for real.

I caught up to their window to ask them what the fuck, and they looked a bit mortified. This was after multiple close passes on Prior, as usual. I’m taking the lane on Prior now, I’ve had enough tyranny. Find your own damn lane.

Just a bit ago I came within inches of getting pinched between a parked car and a moving vehicle that swerved into me to avoid a pothole on Summit Avenue. On top of my own need to deal with horrid road conditions in the painted bike lane. It was only a bit their fault, this is the city’s failure. 1/

Prince memorial share: my sister cocktailed at a club he would visit and he wouldn’t raise his voice over the music so she’d have to lean in real close to hear him. Stay weird, hold your power tight.

This morning a child went missing on the way to school in my neighborhood.
