It's very good in a sauce. My dad's best friend owned a supper club & his signature dish was an appetizer of shrimp with a Green Chartreuse & cream sauce over wild rice. A friend of my brother is also a chef, bought the supper club, kept the recipe & has now taken the recipe to his new restaurant.
