I may have had a visit from the body dysmorphia fairy last night. Woken up feeling like I just don’t ever want to leave the house again because I’m too disgusting. And yet, I’ve also had a hot cross bun for breakfast, resigning myself to my fate

I’ve been trying to paper journal this year, and spend a bit less time in front of screens of all sizes. At just four words long, this remains my favourite entry to date

For me, it’s not about separating the art from the artist at the moment. It’s about how seeing his name on my bookshelf is making me feel angry, and physically ill
