Happy Earth Day! 🌎💚
Just a gentle reminder to show up for our planet today (and every day). It cannot be business as usual if we want to see environmental progress. Clean air, safe water, and climate resilience are not optional; they're essential for our survival.
In northern Memba District, something incredible is happening 🌱
What was once dry, cracked land is now bursting with life again. Through Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR), families are restoring their soil, growing stronger crops, and building a more secure future.
Families, homes, and futures are constantly threatened by stronger storms, cyclones, and rising sea levels. For so many children, what should be a safe place to grow up is instead filled with uncertainty. They are the most vulnerable to a crisis they didn’t create.
We're on a big, bold mission: restore millions of hectares of degraded land around the world. This would help feed families, provide income, and make communities resilient to climate change. And we know exactly how we want to do it!

Since April 2023, we have reached over 3.2 million people in Sudan with life-saving support.
Behind every number is a life impacted in a severe humanitarian crisis. This progress is made possible through partnerships and sustained commitment. But remember, the needs remain immense.

Conflict has cut children off from food, healthcare, education, and safety, robbing them of their future.
Reflections from the field in Sudan:
The scars of conflict are deep in Darfur. Hospitals and clinics have been destroyed, families have been forced to flee their homes, and millions are struggling to find food. They need protection, humanitarian access, and urgent support now.
