I love it when I forget why I avoid certain things and then my body reminds me after the fact.

It says 'I did it and got away with it'.
MUST. PILE. STUFF.
We planted a Bramley last October, it's blossoming now and it's utterly lovely.
Frozen fruit as a coolant in summer drinks is wildly underused. Especially frozen slices or chunks of citrus. If you're going to add a slice why not make it do the job of an ice cube?
Obviously avoid raspberries right now though...
Yup. It just adds to the general feeling of joy.
I got alcohol intolerance turn up as an ME symptom and it felt brutally unfair.
All this and no booze? At all? Even a little bit? Bastard.
It's been years for me there, but I feel your pain.

Happy to back this up.
I'm genuinely interested in that sort of thing, not particularly a believer but I love folklore, mythology, ghost stories and weird shit in general.

Complaints were made, trees were pruned, nests removed.
Trees grew back, rooks returned.

I do not hate this earworm by the way. It's on my 'brings joy' playlist and was on the wedding playlist as well, which was entertaining to watch.
Living up to the bio again, are we?
I sometimes got the feeling that every piece of advice Sun Tzu gave could have been prefaced by "Dude, Seriously..."
