Sure! I applied on Nov 8 but was denied on Nov 13 since I hadn’t released a game under my solo studio yet.
I reapplied after Happy Hotel launched on Steam (Dec 5), and got approved Dec 18.
Maybe my dev experience helped. Dev kit’s not cheap, but rest went smoothly!
