Since 2016, Erie County has invested more than $370 Million in our road and bridge infrastructure, repairing hundreds of lane miles of roads, with an additional $50.5 Million allocated for this year.
It's proof we aren't just filling potholes but fixing the roads. Watch this video for more.

As part of our 2026 road and bridge repair program, we will invest $3,000,000 to complete the mill and overlay of Maple Road in Amherst from Flint Road to North Forest Road, including the Maple Road Bridge spanning Ellicott Creek.

This $31 million project will build new growhouses, expanded opportunities for education and programming, along with new amenities that will improve accessibility and year-round use.

Actually, our new policy will prohibit elected officials from getting a ticket to the county suite in the new stadium (which is free to the county, in case anyone asks). So the answer to the headline question is I will not enjoy the suite, no matter what the Buffalo News implies.

Recently, we submitted to the legislature our proposed policy for use of the county's suite at the new Buffalo Bills football stadium, a policy that ensures the public will benefit from this community benefit.
