I agree with you Puerto Rico has not been given the attention it needs from the mainland to succeed. We have neglected the people there. We have not given them equal voting rights as well. Needs to change.

The reality is independence is low and the majority would like to become a state. That’s has been proven numerous times with votes that have taken place.
