Volume 11 feels like it's more hopeful in tone, but it definitely got its downs. But looking through the comments, I can't say i felt the same about the modoka levels of despair you said that it had. So take my opinion with a grain of salt. 😔
I've read up to volume 14, i feel like it's been getting way more hopeful, but i can totally understand why you might see it that way. But then again, i think im too intrigued by its world building/mysteries to stop reading anytime soon 😭.
