Really enjoyable chat about the 1982 Poland World Cup team. Could have carried on for another 2 hours.
Going back to my old club, Kirby Muxloe, today. A semi-final, against a side 3 divisions above us. A fantastic achievement to get this far, but knowing that, on our day, we've a really good opportunity. 🟣🦊🟣
GKS Katowice finally inaugurate their new stadium today, with a Śląski Klasyk - the friendly derby between themselves and Górnik Zabrze.
GieKSa currently lead 1-0, with Spanish midfielder Borja Galán González scoring the first league goal in the new ground.
A huge league game for us today. 1st v 2nd. Technically our home fixture, but reversed as work is being done on our pitch. 🟣🦊🟣
Karol Świderski with his second goal of the game to put Poland 2-0 up against Malta. #POLMLT
Michał Probierz has named his Poland 🇵🇱 squad for this month's double header of World Cup qualifiers against Lithuania 🇱🇹 and Malta 🇲🇹:
Poland will have TWO teams in the Quarter Final of European competition for the first time in 55 years!!!!
FULL TIME! LEGIA GO THROUGH TO THE QUARTER FINAL TO FACE CHELSEA!!!!
Legia parking the bus, into the third of four added minutes of stoppage time in extra time! The Poles are almost there...
And Artur Jędrzejczyk will also be ruled out. Despite his earlier substitution for Ziółkowski, he also picks up a second yellow of the game!!
Ziółkowski with the foul on Eriksen, and he gets a yellow for it which rules him out of the Quarter Final, but Eriksen's reaction was silly... The Molde keeper also picks up a yellow for getting involved.
Molde down to ten men as Eriksen picks up a second yellow and starts a scuffle amongst the two teams. Two minutes plus stoppage time to pay.
Fantastic work from the Legia striker, and although his shot was straight at the goalkeeper, he spills it into the back of the net! 108inutes gone, Legia lead 4-3 on aggregate. They trailed 3-0 at half time in the first leg!
LEGIA LEAD IN EXTRA TIME FOR THE FIRST TIME IN THE TIE! MARC GUAL!!!
The full time whistle blows at Ł3. Morishita's goal tied the game at 3-3 on aggregate, and Legia Warsaw and Molde will now head towards 30 minutes of extra time. A quarter final tie against Chelsea awaits the winner.
Moroshita scores for Legia! 1-0 on the night, 3-3 on aggregate!!
Gulbrandsen has the ball in the net for Molde, but he is marginally offside. VAR keeps Legia level.
Legia Warsaw are currently level at Łazienkowska 3, but trailing Norwegians FK Molde 3-2 on aggregate. Just over halfway through the first half.
Jagiellonia Białystok cut it extremely fine, falling to a 2-0 defeat in Belgium but progressing past Cercle Brugge 3-2 on aggregate. Into the Conference League Quarter Final, where it looks like they will face Real Betis!
Both Karol Świderski's brilliant first time finish for Panathinaikos, and Amifico Pululu's stunning bicycle kick for Jagiellonia, have been nominated for the Conference League goal of the day:

And that red card has swung the game in Jaga's favour. They now lead 3-0: Romanczuk and Pululu netting the second and third goals.
Jagiellonia Białystok have taken a 1-0 lead against 10-man Cercle Brugge in the Conference League, with Pululu scoring from the penalty spot.
Having trailed 3-0 at half time, Legia Warsaw have brought it back to 3-2 in their Conference League last-16 first leg tie against FK Molde 🇳🇴. Kacper Chodyna and Luquinhas with the two Legia goals.
The two Polish clubs back in Conference League last-16 action tonight. Legia Warsaw are in Norway 🇳🇴 to face FK Molde, while Jagiellonia Białystok host Belgian 🇧🇪 side Cercle Brugge.

I've absolutely thrown everything at this edition after searching far and wide for content.
If you could have a look I'd be very grateful and even more grateful if you could share it
If Jagiellonia Białystok progress to the Quarter Final, they will face either Real Betis 🇪🇸 or Vitoria Guimareas 🇵🇹
If Legia Warszawa progress to the Quarter Final, they will face either FC Copenhagen 🇩🇰 or Chelsea 🏴
Michał Żewłakow draws the two Polish teams apart!!!!
UEFA CONFERENCE LEAGUE LAST 16 DRAW:
Jagiellonia Białystok will face Cercle Brugge 🇵🇱🇧🇪
Legia Warszawa will face FK Molde 🇵🇱🇳🇴
Now is it better for the two Polish teams to draw each other and *guarantee* a Polish spot in the next round, or keep them apart and have a chance at two sides in the quarter final?
I'd personally plump for the latter.
