Since Tuesday morning, PretendAgain has offered no response, publicly or privately. The silence speaks for itself. Disappointing.
I’m grateful, though. A lot of friends, and several other companies, have made clear I’m welcome and have offered free or discounted products to try. More on that soon.
So last Friday I tried to place an order with PretendAgain for a pack of TryAgains. A friend gave me some and I love them. When I placed the order it was immediately auto-cancelled. Thinking it was a glitch I tried again with the same result. I sent an email and got this back.
