Well, if you want to ignore social constructs that are universally accepted and pretend they aren't a thing, that's up to you. I suppose there are also people who will equally try to argue Time, Money, Law Manners, Class, Fashion etc don't exist either. No one listens to them either really.

Gender isn't a state. It is a social construct. It's very different to sex. It doesn't make it irrelevant tho. Laws are also social constructs. Money too really. You gonna tell me they don't matter?
