This is a really odd argument because I think at the heart of it, there is a deep misunderstanding about what writing is for. I write to communicate my thoughts and ideas, and to bring people along with me, which AI cannot do for me because it isn't me.

This is an appropriate time to remind folks that the judiciary was never going to save us. They are a useful tool to slow down the march of the fascists and buy us time. But they were never never never going to save us. We, The American People, will save us. Stop waiting for a rescue. Get to work.
This is an excellent point. Nationwide injunctions were fine when they limited Biden's power. But when they're a threat to their boy's power and their Christofascist agenda, they must rule against them. Roberts, Thomas, Alito are corruption and hypocrisy on full display.
I can't stop thinking about how Biden could have expanded the court, but he didn't. RBG could have retired under a Dem, but she didn't. Americans could have voted for HRC as bleh as she is, but they didn't. SCOTUS could be constrained by ethics rules, Thomas could have been impeached, but...no.
