Oh I just got 2 of those! A long one and the other a little shorter. Meals - I’m living half microwave and other half cook enough for leftovers when I can stand long enough. Much prefer the cooking though. But good idea on freezing meals. Why didn’t I think of that! Good excuse for ice cream, too!
I’ll be ok with no socks. Too hot here. Am back to shorts and t shirt. My fear is I have 2 little dogs. One or both will try to lay across my legs at night. Then there’s my cats. I’ve started redirecting them - so far so good.

I’m 5’2. My dogs are GSD’s! All but 2. They’re big galoots but I so love them. Am glad I don’t have to walk them. They have acreage to run on. However - I had a lab whose fav thing to do was trip me. He shattered my shoulder. You are lucky that was the only damage you had. Def could had been worse!
Yikes that’s a bad break!!! My wrist hurt like a mother. I was too embarrassed to tell doc how I broke it. Was afraid he’d tell me I deserved it (prob true). But the cast was pretty!
No stairs inside. I feed my cats wet almost every day but they graze from a bag. The dogs are a bit trickier. One wants to eat in his kennel. One wants his own bowl. The others are fine in community sharing. And several water containers. But I can double the food if need to.
Exactly!!! It’s like the Wild West sometime. I live in the country and somebody out here is shooting every night. Who knows at what or why. Guess because they can. Although a lot of acreage, I’m just waiting for a bullet to come through. Then there’s the idiot who fires his cannon on holidays.

Thank you. I don’t regret having them. They would had been more sociable but those who had agreed to help afraid of them. They listen to me and have never tried to hurt anyone although at this point they might. They were scared when animal control took them - no barking, just close to me.
