Heard from the law firm that does letters. I still haven't heard from my consultant for two weeks as I had further questions asked. I'm going to respond either tomorrow or Sunday before I will probably sent that letter as is.

I've stumbled & found the CEO's email address. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to reach out to him from it. It'll be a gamble if I try to.

I'm weighing options now. Still awaiting to hear from my consultant & the CP Rights Law Firm. Still deciding to either send that letter as is, gamble with the CS via Message Center, or go with my AG complaint. Still be a while until it's finally resolved.

That's for now as I'll keep my options open for my case.

It's now 10 months. I still haven't heard from my consultant since she last responded a week ago. All I've done was to ask further questions for a clarification on the letter she drafted. Still no word yet from the law firm as their case queue is still the same. I'll keep working with my consultant.

I'm still contemplating of gambling of talking to them on the message center. For now, I'll keep working with my consultant for now.

I'm still watching out from both my consultant & the CP Rights law firm. Upon looking at the BBB for PP, how the fuck did they bumped the rating from B+ to an A? Yet I doubt they deserve it as it's a fucking gamble dealing with their CS people that kept giving me the draconian treatment. Total BS.

Now there's options I'm going keep open/weigh out. For now, I'll keep working with the law firms with the letters. Still watching out for the CP Rights law firm to get back to me as well as the AG office open too. We'll have to keep moving/working on the case.

Been looking at more BBB complaints against PP. Still ongoing but surprised that one user who's in a similar situation like me was resolved. I had a feeling someone with a spine at PP took care of it. When I do hear from my consultant again, I'll share that too.

I still haven't heard from the other law firm yet. I'll still stay with my current one as depending on when the letter is finished, I pray that it'll resolve my nearly 10 month issue.

Finished answering a reply from my consultant that I've worked with for a while. I've reviewed the letter she drafted but had to share more information & also asked further about one part. I'm not going to send it out yet but will watch for her response for the next plan.

Just heard from the law firm that does letters. They've sent a follow up regarding my case as I last sent them the third response from nearly a month ago. Responded that it's now an unfair/deceptive business practice case. I'm going to watch for their next reply from here.

The amount on those activities were so miniscule! It's fucking bullshit that it would happen out of nowhere like this. This is from reading the user agreement. Now with 5 pointers, this is going to support my case as it's an unfair business practice.

Now I've got a 5th argumentative point that I'm going to include against PP to build up my case more! Aside it was imposed without any warning after getting my money from surveys & paid an artist via invoice for one drawing, they never gave me any advanced noticed on the transactions.

For the time being, I tried looking around for other law firms. I'm going to stick with one for now. I'm keeping another one as a backup option. I still look forward to hearing from them soon so we can get the ball rolling!

I will share those depending if I contact the AG's office or when I do hear from the law firm office. I still kept every single documentation to share further.

Still waiting for a response from the law firm. But now I got 4 argumentative points to build up my case.
1.) Unable to access my hard earned money
2.) Complications of opening a Venmo account
3.) Negligence for my personal privacy/info concerns
4.) No one higher up ever answered me.

I'm still going to be patient. Once I eventually or do hear back from that law firm, lets get the ball rolling!

I swear, I really need my account back as I need my hard earned money aside from getting the ball rolling on my friend's paused commission orders.

Also for context, don't ever suggest my friend to make his own account as I've read numerous reports of first timers getting banned for no reason.

OK correction. I technically still have access to my account to view past activities. But 99% of the time since I do have a credit card with them, I can still use my credit card because Synchrony Bank is responsible for that part, not PP. I can still use & pay bills towards it.

Because I can't have full access to my account, it's beyond frustrating aside my hard earned money! When I do hear from anyone like my State AG or the law firm (still awaiting from them) that I sent my consultation out, I will bring those to their attention! That's going to support my case!
