the Aloha Scorpion from The Notorious Sauce is by far my fave of them though. Amazing on tacos, burritos, quesadilla's, etc. Mad Max Verde is a close second, and The Kraken is for when I want to play with fire.
the dessert hot sauces are also amazing, and hot honey is just a good idea.
