Just watched it last night and it hasn’t left my head since. The cinematography was stunning, but the sound design deserves equal credit. It really elevated the whole weirdness of it. Between Weapons, Bring Her Back and Sinners, last year was one of the strongest years for horror in a long time.

Satz für Satz ist „Die Vegetarierin“ von Han Kang eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die einem unter die Haut geht. Es ist definitiv ein Buch das ich nicht so schnell vergessen werde. Verstörend und unglaublich gut geschrieben.

A new mech game made by Fumito Ueda is prime Emily bait. Best announcement of the night for me easily. Ico and Shadow of the Colossus and Last Guardian are all artistic masterpieces and I’m so excited to see what this team can do with a more sci-fi setting

Finally watched Perfect Days this week & just wow, what a beautiful, brilliant film. A true expression of life’s ever-present sweetness and sadness, most succinctly captured by the final scene.
