Everything we know about survey design = the more concise and straightforward the questions, the better the data.
It's asking a lot of people to be open and vulnerable in a culture survey and we shouldn't be making it harder.
...one more thing! How can you possible action 150 responses?!
Interesting! I think also the observational learning part can be even subtle - people won't do something if they see those in power not bothering to do it

I think it's also that you're more likely to be hiring on evidence rather on ego - 'how well suited are they to this job', rather than 'how like me are they?'...which is going to have to lead to better results
