I always travel with a modest bartending kit - enough to make cocktails for two without elaborate garnishes.

This year I added stainless steel martini glasses and they have proven indispensable. Although you can't see it, this is an ice cold espresso martini.

Tonight's cocktail is a clarified Orange Chocolate Negroni (a classic milk punch): gin, Campari, vermouth, Cointreau, cocoa bitters, orange bitters and chocolate milk! Garnished with a wedge of orange dark chocolate.
