One of the biggest shocks to Xennials, was the disappearance of "Off". I never thought about it like that, but yeah, going from having social boundaries, REAL boundaries, to always being accessible definitely took a toll, but so many of us didn't understand how much of a problem that was/is.

"You know how ____ is" Is not a good excuse to dismiss toxic behavior. Especially if ____ is retired a not officially apart of the company anymore. FFS.
