I have declared a State of Preparedness in advance of the elevated winter storm threat from Sunday, January 5 through Monday, January 6.

Maryland, avoid travel if possible, follow local forecasts, and stay prepared for winter storm hazards.

It will be what it will be. There's a difference between preparedness and freaking out. The TV Meteorologists are the worst in milking these situations for ratings.
