I've been clamoring for a single player focused Splatoon, so I'm so fuckin seated for this game.

That one and the next one are both directed by Megumi Ishitani who directed 1015. I keep glazing her, but I can't sing her praises enough. She is just so incredible at honing the feelings of One Piece. You definitely need to check out her directed special One Piece Fan Letter, sometime when you can

There was some hubbub when that episode came out that they got a disney/WB animator for the 6 seconds of REDACTED talking shit, but that guy turned out to instead be an animator who had worked on other incredible english traditional animated movies like Klaus, Song of the Sea and The Breadwinner

Well just make sure to skip the episodes that have incorrect continuity when you get past 15 in the next arc. You should go back for the other set of 16-19 after episode 54.
I can also just tell you the start of the episode titles to look for over Discord DM when you get to it if that's easier

Siiiiiiick. That first episode 1015 is one of my absolute favorite episodes in the whole show still. The direction is just out of this world good and I still use frames from it if I make accounts for shit

I'm also left at a weird point with this show, cuz I really doubt that with the new Ellisons owned WB, that The Pitt is gonna be allowed to go on in the way that it is. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be shocked if it's one of the first things that get the axe.

I was worried about the ICE subplot cuz they said they were gonna "both sides" it, which is a crock of shit cuz ICE was pretty definitively the bad guy in that subplot. And this was before Pretti was murdered too. ICE gets treated like absolute shit in the episodes they appear in

A couple characters have underwritten arcs, but it's a difficult tightrope-walk given the show's format, to have all the answers for a character happen in one shift. Choosing not to move forward with Mohan for season 3 is a choice, cuz right now her presence over 2 seasons leaves me wanting more

37. The Pitt Season 2 (8/10)

Still very good TV. This season was a way harder watch than the first, cuz tensions between everyone are raised to an all-time high. It's messy, it's multi faceted and many times heartbreaking. Falls a bit short at the start but the second half is great

Poop from a butt. The worst 3D Sonic controls. I would gladly trade the awful traction in Sonic 06 for the horrible 'every level is an ice level' crap this game has.
Levels are way too long, the teams are an awful excuse to play the game 4 times, at times terrible OST

I really wish SE would stop pandering to an audience that doesn't exist and just fuckin stick with what's been working.
DQ has beloved spin-offs that are dying for new entries, and instead we're getting crap like this.
