And since you don't know me, maybe look in a mirror and ask what blackness you have in your heart to behave this way to a stranger - something you certainly would not do in real life and only behind your "big man" keyboard.

I get it and I agree about the picture, even if others do not. And you are likely right about the others. The machine works to silence and discredit accusers but every scenario is unique. Some people think that he quit "for the good of the party" and others think he bailed to avoid obvious guilt.
Maybe so. I just remember that the main accuser Tweeden was discredited and both democratic senators and journalists later said they regretted calling for his resignation. But as you can see from the hate and vitriol here, he was accused so he's a predator. End of conversation or you are an asshole.

Another try
Is it a) "chip on their shoulder" because they don't think he should have been held accountable and "it wasn't that bad" or whatever, or b) "chip on their shoulder" for being forced to immediately resign over initial accusations by someone whose story has been widely discredited?
Again, can someone please use plain words and describe "the thing" I'm doing?
I'm not sure I'm understanding. Are you suggesting that he got what he deserved and that losing a smart and effective politician is a fair price to pay for his unthinkable misdeeds? Or are you saying that we can't concern ourselves with how the right plays these things, ignoring bad behavior? Both?
President Trump's extreme statements about mass destruction in the country leave many Iranians dreading the future instead of hoping the war launched by the U.S. and Israel will help produce a fairer society.

Armageddon is terrible, but our only other option was diversity trainings at work.

There's no promotion/relegation scheme, but add three new teams and each year the bottom three sit out the following season.

I don't understand. A billionaire who has a spine and is not a bootlicker? I guess American billionaires just don't have what it takes to be a human.

One of the best things I’ve read in a while:
What?
A corporate CEO who isn't a complicit, spineless, bootlicker!

"Nothing about this time is normal. We, like you, have watched with increasing horror as ICE abducts our neighbors, terrorizes our communities, and kills our fellow humans -all before our eyes..."
A video of Alex Pretti reading out the final salute of an unnamed veteran he cared for until the end of his life in the ICU, posted to Facebook by his son.
Photo of Prime Minister Carney speaking at a podium in Davos, Switzerland. A quote from his speech is edited on top: “WHEN THE RULES NO LONGER PROTECT YOU, YOU MUST PROTECT YOURSELF. BUT LET US BE CLEAR-EYED ABOUT WHERE THIS LEADS. A WORLD OF FORTRESSES WILL BE POORER, MORE FRAGILE, AND LESS SUSTAINABLE.”
We can build walls or we can be more ambitious — and build something better, stronger, and more just.
This is the best speech, just from a pure rhetoric perspective - its sophistication and persuasiveness - that I've seen a politician deliver in a good long while. Really recommend watching or reading the whole thing.
Federal agents are pulling over off duty cops based on the color of their skin.
This is not a serious operation to enforce immigration law. It’s a performative show of force and it’s gotten way out of hand.

This YouTube channel is faking stories from elderly people. An actual line from a video is "Subscribe because I won't be around much longer." Meanwhile, it's all AI generated.

The UK, Canada and Australia are considering banning X.
And yet, the progressive movement and Democratic Party still haven’t figured out how to boycott it.
