Been watching Season 2 weekly, which I never do. I always wait for seasons to end and then binge them, but it's been fun looking forward to watching a TV show weekly again. I thought the "real time" element would make watching weekly frustrating, but it really hasn't.

Find somebody who loves you the way Disney loves Yvette Nicole Brown
Still a little bummed it's all covers, but a solid set
Wait, we're not just getting "Han Solo" We're getting "Dancing Kinnect Han Solo?" SWEET
Thank you all for your kind words, signal boots, and new followers. Exactly what the future holds for me is obviously unclear, but I already have a couple of potential leads, and I will obviously still be here (probably more than ever) with theme park news and snark.
At least I'm in good company. Sorry my friend.
The irony that I was starting to write a story about Disney's layoffs, which will now forever go unfinished, when I got the news
Anyway, so here's my last theme park story for CinemaBlend, with a not-at-all sensationalized take on the Epic Universe news. www.cinemablend.com/theme-parks/...
In a move that is unfortunate, though not entirely unexpected, I was just let go from CinemaBlend. If you have a publication or website that covers the theme park industry, or if you want to START covering them (I've launched the section before), I'm open to work.
DAMMIT JOSH!
"There was an accident. About an hour ago, a small jet went down inside New York City. The President was on board."

People are bummed we might lose the Shanghai Pirates inspired ride, which is fair
I swear to god there was a plan at one point to make a sequel to PLANE called BOAT, and I can only hope the reason that didn't happen here is they still think they're going to do that.
I, for one, welcome our new french fry and gravy overlords.
The good news is somebody got him his cup of coffee.
The bad news the coffee is in Florida.
The Wrap's story on Avatar suggests the planned Disneyland Resort expansion may not happen, and honestly, I wouldn't hate it. www.cinemablend.com/theme-parks/...
I'm never the prettiest person in the room, but rarely am I so acutely aware of it.
Today is apparently the anniversary of the release of A GOOFY MOVIE, and it reminded me of one of the true highlights of my career, talking about the movie with Bill Farmer. www.cinemablend.com/news/2496175...
You're hiring a what, Disney?
Dear god... I really try not to be a "media literacy is dead" person, but if people honestly believe that a first person narrative is supposed to be self insert, I don't know what the fuck they're doing in schools.
Also, any argument that is a variation on "It wasn't supposed to be great art" is bullshit. It's beneath your dignity to make it. Be better.
I haven't seen the new Mario movie yet, so I don't know if it's good or not. If you liked it despite critics generally not, good for you. Maybe try reading a review to see why they felt that way. It won't change your mind, it's not supposed to, but you might learn something.
Don't forget the associated line of action figures.
"Hannibal Lecter comes with a removable facemask accessory and has real 'face munching' action."
