It’s World Mental Health Day, thank god. Give me a moment, I’m breathing. Mental health is mostly about cats...mostly… Pretty cats, feral cats, tabbies, and Garfield all help me get through life. But for me prioritizing what is important to me and following through with it is top, peak happy. Goals.
