Send a message you care about your country and vote. For whoever. This isn’t a partisan plea. It is a plea for citizens do do their most basic civic responsibility to tell ourselves and the world that we remain a vibrant democracy.

Yes, I am aware that there will be some who will be fake allies who pretend to “solve” the problem by proposing a terrible deal that they claim only they can deliver. For a few, that’s the plan. But they are few and we are not so easily conned
Canadians who normally disagree are going to need to demonstrate good will and work together in our national interest this year. Those who cynically use the coming crisis to advance their personal or partisan agendas should be shunned.
We need a single centre-left party in Canada right now. Time to put the high school model parliament bullshit to rest while we deal with bigger issues.
