At 24, Bianca Hayden is an Army sergeant training for the Invictus Games in February in British Columbia. Nearly three years after a shoulder injury during deployment, she will compete in swimming, rowing, and skiing in Prince Harry's 2025 Vancouver and Whistler, Canada.
