We do what brings us joy, and hopefully it brings others joy too! But I get you, It's very hard to know what to prioritize for growth vs fun, because no matter what others tell you they don't always go hand in hand

Yes I get you! Even quick editing is not quick, i think agita spends 1/2 hours recording his videos then 6/8 hours editing them, it's the equivalent of a big detailed Art piece, so i get you!
My thoughts were more of a collective of people who want to help each other and don't gate keep info etc
It's tough I feel vtubers focus on art a lot. But I think making unique shorts/videos hoping on trends and posting engaging content is so much more important to growth and some people seem to get that so quickly
