Tired, but so fulfilled. Being here & a part of this conference is a highlight every year. I get the chance to work with some of the most amazing innovators & Ed tech champions from across the state & I'm so proud to call them friends. It's always a weird feeling of relief & sadness when it ends

What do we have in place to create the best experiences for our students- the ones that hold value and are authentic? The ones that lean into:
-Values over systems
-Process over results
-Active over passive
-Independent over compliant

The only constant is change- we need to learn to be resilient and lean into it so we grow and continue to evolve. If we don't, what happens to us? What happened to companies that didn't evolve (Blockbuster, anyone?) #vste24 @cinehead.bsky.social

Our perception of the world is shaped by who we are- we can't help it, but we can be aware of it. So important to know and identify our biases. #vste24
