2 (3). Agree with you about Wild Bill in Deadwood. And what is really interesting is that the first episode was directed by Walter Hill. And since Keith Carradine has been in several Walter Hill things maybe he wanted him as Wild Bill from the beginning, but Hollywood had other ideas?
I once again have the most recent movie from last Friday as my oldest movie in this #LastFourWatched
Looks like there may have been a Hellbent this weekend. 🤫
1 (3). Great episode, great talk! Totally agree with you, there is a really good movie in there, but it gets lost sadly. Walter Hill is a great from A to B to C director, but it’s obvious he can’t to A-D-B-A-C, etc. Great actors and I love Diane Lane but they could have skipped the flashbacks.
Ooh!
I *just* watched this movie, but I was like, "Why is Wild Bill taking a selfie?"
Anyway, another fun @hellbentforletterbox.com episode even if we were only as invested in the movie as Wild Bill is in Charley Prince.

Oops! But also, not sorry.
The only thing I'm sorry about is that there aren't 13 more movies with Dale Evans playing this character.
Never got around to seeing the movie, so will put this one on hold. But checked out what you are doing next. Fun choice! Have not seen it in 15 years, I think, but liked it then. Looking forward to seeing it again. Great cast!!
