I converted this Toshiba boombox to run on USB power. It needs a PD compatible supply but this 80,000 mAh power bank could run it for days.

I worked in a games shop when it came out, I played Tetris on launch day and declared "This is shit, it's DOA"

I think that was the most wrong I've ever been.

"AI is coming, it's inevitable"

No, that's the Vengabus.

I paid a quid for this broken Panasonic KP-2A battery pencil sharpener today. Got it home, did the contacts, fixed the switch, degreased and then greased it and it’s working great!

As sonmeone that recently bought some quite expensive valves for the stereo, I would 100% buy that box

Added a second solar panel in parallel and we’re now getting 50w + from an overcast day.

I'm still not over the Artemis mission. Hundreds of people pulling off perfectly-orchestrated feats of ingenuity and teamwork to get people to the moon and back. Meanwhile I'm down here going: "What if it had a wee bum?"

I've not seen Spaceballs since it came out on home video. I remember it being very funny. I don't want to re-watch it in case I discover that it wasn't. There's no need to collapse the wave.

Found a cardboard box full of hay in the greenhouse. I don’t know why either, but for a while I felt like I was unboxing the Blue Peter tortoise.

I made a new audio player, it’s a pi running Volumino into a SMSL D1 in USB. It’s sitting here, throwing around FLACs like a machine.

Salford Lads Club are great people, when I did my photo outside, someone poked their head around the door and invited us in for a cuppa. Morrissey needs to settle down, and give it a rest.

From Andrew Tate to Mountbatten-Windsor, my first name has been dragged through the mud. Can a global community of ‘Drews’ help change that? The ‘Council of Andrews’ started as a bit of fun – but has led to friendships, financial help and even fiances…

It’s a rough time to be an Andrew www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle...

I enjoy the idea that there is a non zero chance we saw the same performance. Even though, as I said, the only thing I remember about the whole thing is that there was a Paperboy upright in the bar.

The after photo. The table is shiny and the colours jump out far better. There is a small pot of yellow wax on the top

This is the wood balsam I use on my guitars. It’s amazing stuff, and smells just like a school gym floor. It’s beeswax, turpentine and linseed oil. I used it on Sheryl’s dome table and while it was a THIRSTY LAD it’s come up great.
