i've gotten better at arguing back against fear/anxiety n i wanna hold myself accountable but it can be so hard. Growthand such forever and onward

its just hard to sometimes when it feels like the times i let my guard down is when things went wrong. liek i feel secure but im not used to it and i kind of panic and i have to pick myself up by the scruff and shake myself around to remind myself where i am

idk if its my meds or just things in my life but lately its been really hard to like be present i think because some things have been going so good and im used to things going wrong ive been trying to monitor my irrational thoughts and stay present

i think im gonna draw and/or do some scrapbook journalling ^_^
