The twist of the titular villain being a child couldn’t save this film from ultimately feeling fairly cheesy and convoluted. As a horror fan, it does what it needed to do. But an unfortunate follow up to Cronin’s previous Evil Dead installment.
Side note: Cronin knows how to make children scary!
