Passed one in a tree Sunday, and saw another yesterday in that nest. It’s always so exciting to see them.

In my first forty years of life, I never once saw a bald eagle in the wild (zoo maybe but I don’t think even there). Somehow, on July 4th, 2023, I saw two together randomly, and I’ve seen a bunch more since then. (Learning there’s a nest visible from the road helped with most of these sightings)
