SACN (adding to WHO) recommends not giving drinks sweetened with sugar or NSS and giving unsweetened food to young kids.For older children and adults, SACN states that swapping sugars for NSS may help reduce sugar intake from foods and drinks, at least in the short term, but avoid long term use.

Hello 🦋 I am looking forward to posting again in this environment. I focus on pediatric nephrology but get easily distracted by dogs.. Here is my🐶 and yes.. he looks exactly like the dog emoji!!!
