Until-now secret radio project. Modified an 80s GI Joe toy with an old Motorola crystal to work the 6 meter ham band. Power output is measured in milliwatts but it technically works!

Awesome mix of synths and classic scifi narration.
The Earth, set across the black and empty void of space. It is distant, yet close enough to take up two-thirds of the frame. An annotative callout pointing its way informs the reader of the following factoid: "most rabbits can be found here!"
A reminder, an additional footnote on the previous image now viewed from the moon's surface. The Earth is more distant now, half in shadow. It gently asks that you please keep this place safe for them.

There's also lots of VHF/UHF repeaters for various clubs around the island!

The last gasp of satellite NOAA-15, sheduled to be decommissioned in about 2 hours.
These old APT birds were some of the first activities that got me into radio, I'll miss them.

High-Altitude Balloon SSTV:
Just finished decoding a load of images transmitted from a high-altitude balloon launched by Kopernik Observatory!
I tracked it up to about 99,000ft before transmissions stopped, the images are so cool.
