Today's #photograph is one of those everyday things that, in the right light, suddenly seem incredible. A puddle, covered in ice! #NatureIsMagic #photograpy

The consensus seems to be that it’s a ‘donkey’, used for loading and unloading from the nearby railway line. Probably a relic of the Industrial Revolution.

I think another poster was right when they said it was for lifting cargo – although having done some digging, it's not for ships, it's for trains (the railway runs by the castle). Although a small catapult would have been very cool!

I thought that TBH but apparently it's a hand controlled donkey, used for loading parcels onto barges and boats.

50 For 50: Celebrating 50 Years of the Doctor Who Family 50 For 50: Celebrating 50 Years of the Doctor Who Family [Hammond, Paula] on Amazon.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. 50 For 50: Celebrating 50 Years of the Doctor Who Family

As a fan of both #DoctorWho & #SherlockHolmes it’s always seemed to me that either Holmes is an incarnation of The Doctor. Or The Doctor is the Sherlock Holmes of his particular universe. So maybe it's no surprise that I've written a book about the good Doctor. #scifi

Yesterday's wander around Telford's suspension bridge proved that the ability to position yourself at odd angles is probably the #photographers most underrated skill!😅I'd hate to think what passer's by thought of my strange contortions! #photography #photooftheday

Sounds like the perfect way to spend a long weekend! The Hills above Conwy and up into the Sychnant pass are nice places to explore if you like walking. The Pensychnant Centre is great too - often markets and events on, and a beautiful area to use as a base to explore further

It's a beautiful place. TBH, all you have to do most days is point and click!

Honestly. Almost nothing stops them! The goats tend to come out early morning and after dark. You're sure to see them. Hope you have a great time. Happy to recommend some places!

That’s a pretty solid fence! Our roof really gets a battering this time of year. Have a roofer coming over the weekend to do a big job, so I’m hoping any additional damage happens before rather than after he does the work!!

It's storm season here in #Wales and while the gale yesterday was too much for the wind-surfers, it didn't deter the walkers. I just had to take this #photograph of this determined duo braving the elements. And who wouldn't on such a spectacular day? #photoftheday #NatureHealing
