If I could eat anything right now, i've been dying for a nice slice of pizza from my favorite place.
My second choice would be fish over rice, i'm willing to try yellow croakers again since my mom isn't here to destroy them with salt.
I think about food more than normal people my size.
I'm in a self imposed ban from cheeses and heavy dairy (regular milk is fine) that are the usual calorie dense choices to float me through two small meals a day. My metabolism is high, fantastic in most cases but just not right now.
Here we go again, been making the slow crawl from 110 lbs down to 100. I'm not sad to lose weight so much as I am just sad there isn't much I can eat.
things have gotten a lot better since the start of the year when I noticed i'm no longer only getting reading spikes around a chapter release but also consistantly high throughout the month.
I'd like to do a q&a but the lack of questions always manages to leave me feeling embarrassed.
FB's viewer statistics are predictably flatlined because I don't promote it much, especially because it's not ongoing. But recently that's changed and I don't know what to attribute it to.
It's these events that just make me wonder where it gets passed around, and what people say.

Man. I'm really starting to feel like i'm in a spot where I just need outside guidance and to talk to people who are not really involved in my situations. I think normally you'd turn to your family, but my family just loves to be absent.
not gonna lie, I probably am a frustrating person to deal with when there's some kind of altercation. My ability to shut a person out forever is an unmatched skill.
i'm lucky that i'm neither a picky eater nor a food addict, but food I really like are things I should be eating right now. about to slam these things like no one's business.
I got my lab result, and some things look bad but other things that usually would also be aren't. I think I could absolutely correct this with a change in diet and i've started a food diary ✨
fixing my mess is going to be my goal this year.
keep trying to think of ways to tell my new doctor I can't keep coming in for consultations back to back. I just can't afford it even if it's "low cost"

everyone's guilty of assuming too much and too little, we're beings in our own bubbles making confident guesses about everything. I'm okay reaching my own conclusions they're hardly better or worse than what someone on tv has to say.
Virtually all of the things people are told to believe and do without being able to grasp definative evidence themselves is probably most of the information coming in and out. Sometimes there's a difference, other times it doesn't matter at all.
Being an adult has taught me a few things, notably that it is okay to acknowledge the natural limit of understanding, that people of every kind will lie to you, and that there is nothing wrong in having some ignorance.
