Why I stopped applying for jobs in PHL
I have a stellar resume, 2 degrees + 3 certificates btwn
UPENN, Penn Fels, Penn Law. 10+ applications for jobs in the city's HR system, NONE have been opened. But sure, lets do the 2nd chances thing instead of 1st chances for talented ppl.
