MIni is decent and still seen, Luna Neo I would say yeah is a sleeper pick. It has it's old radius back (alongside some other nice changes) but I'd argue Fizzy/Hammer is better then Splat Bomb/Bomb Rush even in Rainmaker. I could see it jumping up in usage and on teirlists
