I don't know about Canada, but it is becoming more popular in Europe. I like its decentralized approach. Bluesky is a good Big-Tech-alternative too though and I love to see creators joining this movement.

I like that google has moved the search button to the bottom of the screen, but WHY doesn't it automatically open the keyboard? I now have to first tap on the search button at the bottom and then on the search bar at the top.

When I would do a cover of a song, put work and creativity into it, and upload it to some music platforms, it would get copyright-claimed pretty much immediately. When huge AI companies just copy artists' work in a mass that you can't even imagine, nothing happens.

True, but if you want to get the newest changes right away, Kubuntu probably isn't the best choice. I'm currently mainly using fedora with KDE because of its rolling release.
